We aim to pack and ship all items within two days of purchase. Items are charged according to Royal Mail based on size and weight of a standard order. Items larger than our standard postage sizes will not be charged a surplus and will further benefit from our flat rate. All packages are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr.

All packages are sent via DPD Lite to keep our international costs as low as possible for our customers.

As a busy mother, our founder aims to deliver the highest quality, on-trend and classic items that fit around our demanding lives and tasks, without the luxury price tag.

Due to hygiene reasons, Daughter only accepts returns / exchanges in the unfortunate instance the incorrect item was sent. Daughter lists measurements and sizes for all items on site, and kindly advise these are all studied before an order is placed as the sale is final.

In the unfortunate instance you were sent an incorrect item and your intended item is out of stock, Daughter will offer an alternative at no extra charge, or issue a refund.

In the unfortunate event your order is lost in transit, Daughter will gladly aid in any investigation necessary with the courier. Please keep your tracking information to hand until your order arrives.

Daughter takes responsibility to use recycled and recyclable products wherever we can. We are proud of our satin-feel jewellery pouches made from recycled plastic, and everything in our packaging is reusable and/or recyclable cardboard.
